They were upfront and honest. Did not feel pushed into buying a car and they only showed me the cars for what i was looking for and in my price range. I bought my car "as is" but when i needed them to look at my car a month later, they did without hesitation and fixed the small problem. The only i had to do was fix my unworking key fob, but hey I had keys so atleast I could drive it.
