Flawless Cleaning and Detailing at 5787 South Ridge Road West, Geneva, Ohio.

Dishonest, unprofessional and extremely unsatisified! I was a customer, you dealt with my sister, not with me. You hid your kids in your van and then brought them into our cottage after my sister left. The cottage was not cleaned well. The microwave, stove top, vent fan, ceiling fans among others were all untouched. Let me also add that I am a small business owner myself and don't believe in posting negative reviews, but this was well deserved. My sister gave you a chance to make it right and you didn't. Also not to mention you posted pictures of our cottage on your FB page but didn't put any close ups. Worst service ever.

Why hide your children in a van and not tell my sister you were bringing them? Clearly hiding them shows it was wrong. Yes, she did a walk through in the dark because you blew a fuse and she did not see the details (which everyone is welcome to see on yelp since they were able to post photos)
